Overview

Enter the barn via a ground floor lobby which takes you into a large entrance hallway; a perfect place to offload all your baggage after those long costal/woodland walks or active days on the beach.  

The sleeping accommodation is located on this level boasting three large bedrooms (two with their own ensuite bathroom), and the family bathroom. Each bedroom has its own set of French doors with direct access to the private or communal gardens. Please note one bedroom is classed as a family room and has a kingsize bed and a set of bunk beds suitable for children only.

As you take the stairs to the first floor you will be wowed as you enter the open plan living space.  You will be greeted by the bespoke well equipped kitchen and the main open plan living area. To the side of the kitchen you will pass a ladder which takes you up the the mezzanine floor, boasting a sofa and an additional TV with games console - a perfect hideout for the children or a separate reading space.  

The lounge/dining area contains a super sized comfy corner sofa, armchairs, a wall mounted TV and a large dining table with ample seating for guests.  You can also enjoy relaxed dining at the breakfast bar, linking this space to the kitchen.  

In the warmer months, morning coffee/breakfast can be taken on the side balcony appreciating the early sunshine and beautiful views, or you can enjoy a sundowner drink whilst watching the sun setting from the back balcony....or simply chill, relax and BBQ in our private secluded garden which benefits from all day sunshine.

Open plan Lounge/Dining Room/Kitchen with comfortable seating, TV, woodburner, dining table and chairs, breakfast bar seating. French-doors to two separate seating balconies

Kitchen Area amenities include Rangemaster electric oven and hob, large freestanding wine cooler, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, air fryer, kettle, toaster

Mezzanine with seating and TV/games console – this area is accessed by a steep ladder and is not suitable for young children or the less agile

Outside space:

Private Garden: fully enclosed with brick and flint walls, laid to lawn and patio areas

Balconies: table and chairs, with views over gardens, fields and woodland

Parking: driveway parking for two cars only (note additional parking is limited and might need to be offsite)

Other:

Heating: oil fired central heating; wood-burner

Pets:  two well behaved dogs welcome

Also provided: bed linen and towels; hairdryers in each bedroom; free WiFi; books and games; bluetooth speaker; welcome pack; highchair, travel cot, baby bath, changing mat,  stair gates and fireguard available upon request
